The $3.38 million undertaking resulted in 39 project recommendations, as detailed in the 236-page report. The TRA logo, namely its signature wave, inspired the design of the report. Garver pursued the first project recommended in the report, a new screening facility, and won based on the proposal alone \u2014 no interview necessary.
